-

-
Football Ferns Development.
With previous experience with the Chiefs Super Rugby Team, North Harbour Rugby and the Sky City Breakers, Alice has a passion for enabling any/all athletes to reach their performance goals.
Alice likes to get to know her clients individually and make sure that she tailors their personal nutritional needs depending on their goals, their sport, their training regimes, and food preferences.
She sees nutrition as more than just “food”. It is also about understanding an individual’s lifestyle, food preferences and motivation factors. It is essential that these factors are included in a nutrition program to achieve long-term success.
There is a lot of conflicting nutritional information out there, especially around the right diet for training. However, Alice understands that everyone has different bodies, training programmes, goals, and performance levels - so it is important that your nutrition is tailored to you and your goals.
Whether you want to gain muscle mass, increase energy levels, increase performance or simply eat better, get in touch with Alice to start your nutrition journey.
Alice has a keen interest in taking part in sport herself (hockey, running marathons and swimming) and when she's not working you can find her exercising, cooking and spending time with family and friends.
